The counseling is empathetic. I felt they were insightful and provided tools for Progression. Words cannot exprsss my Gratitude.
Called 2 days ago. They were supposed to verify my insurance and call me back. That was 2 days ago...No call, no contact....Mental health should be taken seriously and it appears that this firm is too busy collecting checks than actually helping the people reaching out to them for help. I was in crisis and was ignored...I'm going elsewhere...and you should too.
Deciding to start therapy was not an easy decision. It took a lot of courage after being asked for my consent to record my sessions which should be kept confidential. I felt was very unprofessional and distasteful. I will not be returning.
