Unfortunately this business owner chose to buy the building next to a recovery clinic, not sure if that is why they have such a nasty attitude towards the situation or what. People are here to do better, to get better, you & your workers made it CLEAR how you feel about the people who enter that building when a owner/worker said “Go inside to get your fix” to someone who’s been clean 8 months. If I could leave zero stars I would. The business owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Hateful, derogatory, and just flat out unkind. I wouldn’t let any person I love be taken care of by this facility. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
Aide rude and verbally abusive to my disabled relative. I have heard it myself. Comes and goes as she pleases. Edited- aide is now bullying and asks for money. Company not handling. Too short staffed when aide calls out to send someone else.
