Dr. Witchley's skills and experience are first class. Although it is a 2-hour drive for me, when all else has failed, I make the trek. It has always been worth it. His techniques are specific and practiced. He has never hurt me, never caused any inflammation, and never failed. In the past, for major problems I went to either Manhattan or Chicago. It is a great relief to find someone of his skill in central NY.
Great staff. I have been going to this office for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with their service. Professional and compassionate and they get me in whenever needed. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Yesterday morning I spent time in the Rome Emergency Room having severe back spasms (which I may add was a very professional and positive experience) however this morning I woke up and could not walk well still. Dr. Witchley got me right in at 7:45 am and as of 6:33 pm I am able to walk 99% pain free. I can not begin to express my faith and trust in Dr. Witchely. He is compassionate, professional and amazing at what he does.
Such professionalism from the process of making an appointment to the care provided. Exceptional after moving here to a new location and having an injury to locate and trust was put at ease on day one with Dr. WHITCHLEY I can't thank you enough.
