Don't go there! – I bought my computer from Witch City Computers with a lifetime warranty. I recently brought it back to them to diagnose a problem with it. Before they looked at the computer, they told me that the problem was probably software related and that's not covered under the warranty. Then they said they would take care of it for a "reasonable fee". This is all before they looked at my computer.
