The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never left a review for anything before but this was bad enough to get me to. They have charged my card after clarifying several times they would not. They have been blatantly dishonest. I reached out 9 times (phone, email, text, even visited the physical location) before ever getting a response after 2 weeks and they still won’t make it right.
