Do not use this company. I was told $239 and then they tried to charge me over $500. The technician said they tell you $239 on the phone just to get the appointment and this he tries to up charge. I was told they would arrive Monday and they never showed up. It was rescheduled for Friday and the tech go in a wreck (which I understand is out of their control) and they said someone would come out that afternoon. I was very impressed with the service from Better Air Duct Solution. The team was prompt, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning our air ducts. They took great care to protect our home & left everything spotless. The air quality improvement was immediate and noticeable. I will definitely use their services again!
