I normally really like this place. It’s not a close drive for me, almost 30 minutes, but I really like it so I try to go when I have time. On my recent visit, I changed my mind. I was told when I walked in that it would be “a couple minutes” since I didn’t have an appointment. I’ve never made an appointment before here; it’s usually not a huge deal. I didn’t mind waiting. The lady did my toes didn't use single-use sanitized nail tool but instead a crusty old nail tool that resulted nail fungus on my big toe that she went in first before I noticed and had her change to a new pack of tools. She swiped the tool under and between my toe nail and sidewalls which infected my skin. I never had fungal nail in my life and this was the first time ever I regret so bad to give this place a try.
