I am very excited about Wisteria at Warner Center. Residency Counsellor, Michael Ruggerio has been a joy to work with. He has been keeping me up to date with current activities and helped to find the best living space for me. He is a real asset to the Wisteria team and to future home buyers. Our kids bristle when we ask too many questions, but Hannah Myers is very patient and answers them all. She has been very helpful and understanding of our concerns. Wisteria's plan for retirement is unique and Hannah has done a great job explaining the benefits of retiring there. Honestly they have thought of everything to help with a major life decision. I’m an Interior Designer, and two of my wonderful design clients will be moving to Wisteria. I recently accompanied my two design clients to Wisteria’s office and design showroom where we were greeted by some of the amazing staff of Wisteria who gave us a tour of the design showroom and assisted us in going over the different flooring, and countertop options that were available for my client’s to select for their new homes. This area is definitely on the rise (Rams Village anyone?) and Wisteria seems to be setting the bar really high. Based on the front-facing staff I’ve met at their office they’re clearly proud of the reputation they’re building—next-level team delivering service that’s as close to white-glove as I’ve experienced from a place still under construction. Let’s hope they keep it up once the doors officially open. (And yes—the French receptionist definitely makes the experience even more memorable.)
I have been very pleased to deal with Michael Ruggerio. He has been extremely helpful in helping me with the many questions and decisions I have had to make. I would highly recommend him if you are considering looking at Wisteria for your future home.
