I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff were friendly and professional and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect！
Horrible experience. Really upsetting went into get nails for a special occasion and left over a hour and 30 minutes later with nothing. It took over an hour just to put tips on my nails then the tech nailed my nails so roughly I had to ask her to stop and just take the tips off and leave. The glue wasn’t holding well and they were lifting. And she was so rough filing it hurt so bad. And they still charged me. I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. My technician was very rough with me and seemed rushed throughout the appointment. I took a photo of her Venmo before leaving because I intended to tip, but I had to leave quickly for another appointment. About five minutes later, she called to say she was worried I wasn’t going to tip her. I was a first time customer this past Saturday and had a terrible experience. My tech Joyce was distracted chatting with her coworkers for most of my appointment (I did a spa pedicure and a gel manicure). The pedicure was OK but FYI they do not use clean tools, she didn’t even upgrade to single use items (file/buffer) for the spa pedicure. The biggest issue I have is that she fully cut off massive chunks of my right middle finger when cutting my cuticles. I've been going here for about four years now and Wistaria definitely gives the best manicures I've ever gotten. Every time! I usually walk in and someone different does my nails and they are ALL so good. I'm so happy every time I walk out after a manicure. Thank you for being so reliable, Wistaria!
