I’ve been coming here for a while and they’ve usually done a great job, which is why this is disappointing. Unfortunately, I’ve been cut until I bled multiple times here—not just during cuticle trimming, but also while they’re filing and using the e-file/drill around the cuticle area. Ken just gave me the most GORGEOUS dip manicure! I was referred here to him, and am not disappointed!!! He was so meticulous getting the shape perfect, and the colors and shine matched my inspo exactly. I asked for Hailey Bieber’s glazed donut nails!

Did a great job painting my toes, but ask them not to cut your toes or cuticles, she cut my skin so badly on one of my little toes

I left this salon feeling really bad. The women that helped me and my sister were clearly making fun of me, which made the entire experience feel really uncomfortable. I don't get my nails done often and I was hoping for a confident boosting experience but I left feeling embarrassed & insecure. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Nice job with the nails for me and a friend but don’t let them subtly mention the “massage”, designed to confuse and upcharge for basically nothing. 10% off if you pay cash but they expected us to take the savings and increase the tip. I was so insulted that the massage was a zero and I was asked to leave a bigger tip. What happened to tipping based upon service provided? Was supposed to be a fun pre-vacay relaxing time was soured at the end. Tired of the greed and entitlement.
