We had an incredible dinner at Wissota Chophouse. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our server, Heather, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. We were at Wissota 8/29. Spontaneous date night with my fiance. He’s really good at finding cool spots. The atmosphere was very inviting & intimate. We didn’t have reservations but it was after 6pm on a Thursday so we got a spot right away. The host seated us with Heather who is fricken awesome!! The food was amazing and the drinks were really well made, but the service was hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad that I’m leaving my very first review. Our server, Heather, showed up looking completely disheveled, like she hadn’t even bothered to comb her hair. On top of that, she was coughing and hacking up phlegm the entire time. we had a lovely birthday celebration here. the staff was sweet especially Tyler & AJ. try the berry mocktail, it was excellent. goat cheese balls and caprese salad fantastic! steaks were damn good. get whatever enhancements and sides. can’t go wrong with them. the raspberry tiramisu is so novel and incredible for dessert! thanks for a great birthday experience!
Really good food for the area! Unfortunately always out of a lot of the menu items, but very satisfied with anything we have been able to order.
