Do not move in, no matter what. The apartments have mice and cockroachs, the pest control they hire just walk in and stand there then leave, if you watch them they'll spray a couple cracks then leave. Everything is cheaply made/fixed, they increase rent and other utilities cause they paint the walls or put in cheap carpet. Its all about making the curb appeal look good. I lived at WPAs for 5 years. Laundry rooms suck really bad! Most of the time, they didn't work. I didn't like the maintenance men. They were rude. I ended up leaving because the rent increases were ridiculous. When I moved in, my rent was 850. When I left 1250! It is so outrageous.considering that the development is old as hell. Also, the development is known for fires!!! Beware!!!!!
This place is absolutely disgusting. There are mice and roaches EVERYWHERE. You can contact the maintenance over and over again and they don’t respond or they respond pissed off because they have to do their job. The office staff is beyond rude. Especially Cathy. She has gotten into TWO screaming matches with me, how unprofessional, and the worst part is the Landlord Patrick has heard those fights and never intervened. Avoid at All Costs! Living here has been an absolute nightmare. Before we moved in, they were super quick to fix a water leak in the bedroom to make the place seem livable, but once we signed the lease, everything went downhill. The place is infested with bugs, and no matter how many times you report it, nothing gets done. The maintenance team is beyond useless—they either don’t show up or when they do, they make things worse because they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
