I have been scheduled for two days and scheduled an appointment at 4 pm, I waited 30 minbut but no one came to meet me. They only have AI installed and it gives you useless information that just makes you nervous. It was a very bad experience. I suggest you do not go here for an apartment. If they don’t show up on time now, imagine what could happen later when you live there.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Have lived here for 6 years and will be leaving this year after Morgan took over. To many added fees and lies. Nothing gets fixed anymore, exterminator never comes out, the place is LITTERED with roaches and rats. Kids destroy the basements and laundry rooms, smoking weed and drinking in them, breaking into storage units.. its like living in the city in one little apartment complex.
I leave many reviews on Google with 5 stars in this area, some not, this complex I can rate 5 stars as well. New management is very helpful when I have an issue. Very helpful puts it lightly. Desiree is awesome, ask for her if you have issues or want to move in!

They hire bottom of the barrel remodel people for the units, they schedule work early as possible. I've gotten 3-4 hours of sleep the last 4 days. They postpone work and walk thrus and do nothing, you plan for your dog to sit in a cage all day because they say they'll be doing apartment inspections then it changes 5 times. Let me schedule a tour way in advance , they gave me the availability we agreed on a date and time , received numerous confirmations received a call the day before saying there double booked and full for the day . So why let me schedule or why not catch it sooner ? Very unorganized and inconvenient. Really had high hopes for this property, but if this is the way they operate, maybe it is best to look else where
