The leasing officer was amazing. He said he has just joined two weeks ago but he was very helpful and professional. He was very patient and answered all the questions my mom and I had. He even brought water for my mom as she was very thirsty. I really appreciate his welcoming attitude. I liked the apartment but unfortunately, my mom did not like it because the apartments are very close to one another and there is no balcony.
The worst management ever. Adds random amenity fees and late charges out of nowhere. Over half of the amenities don’t work and are catered to certain demographics but will still charge you a high fee. Has horrible management that takes forever to respond and fix any problems in your home. Keeps making new additions to people’s homes, and the addition does more harm than good. It was a horrible experience to live there, the mousses living with us, jumping everywhere, I called and requested to resolve the problem but they don’t do anything. I don’t advise anyone to go there.
I had the worst experience living in this residence. The apartment conditions were completely unacceptable, with serious problems including rats, cockroaches, and even bed bugs, which made the place unhealthy and extremely stressful to live in. Despite these living conditions, management still charged me for what I considered to be minor and non-significant damages when I moved out.Instead of addressing the maintenance concerns I experienced during my stay, I felt that the responsibility was placed unfairly on tenants.
