UNSAFE, not suitable for humans to live here, I visited for 4 days and got bit by bed bugs on a brand new mattress. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. Absolutely nothing in the apartment is updated. The office does not care, they will reply with an AI saying that they're sorry about the experience. Absolutely disgusting.
Do not move in. I repeat do not. Find a friends couch or something. New ownership has only made a awful place even worse. Want good maintenance and working laundry rooms? Well look somewhere else. Want a complex that empties trash and cleans up the place? Well look somewhere else too. Want a pool? Don't got that, well it's there but never worked on.
