Would give this place negative stars if I could. This place got to be the biggest joke in the quad cities to live in. I bought a trailer from a family member after I did an application to be approved. I paid my first month of lot rent to them on time so I wouldn't get late fees. Come to find out they started an eviction notice saying I didn't pay them. Even tho I have paperwork from the lady at the office saying im good and paid in full.
