Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff (lady and guy who answer phone). I highly recommend to not do business with these people — it’s just not worth it. You can easily find alternative by searching Google for “Appliance Repair” or “Service”. My recommendation would be to use Mr Appliance or Sears Appliance Repair. Save yourself a future headache and any potential unnecessary completely avoidable stress — please do NOT give this company your business!
