DO not use this service. last night we lift about 6:00 pm from JFK air port after a 9hour fight, The bus broke down, They had to get a bus form New Britain. Two hours later, we did not get home till 12:30am

I use the agency for 10 0r more years. For many different services, sending packages, tourism, travel and I dearly appreciate their good informative service. They do know what they are doing,. great service for community!. teresa

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID WISLA! We were picked up and the driver spent 15 minutes driving around looking for an address in West Haven using a GPS. Then, he continued wasting our time by having to stop for gas on the highway. On the way back, we were picked up by one driver. He then told us we had to transfer to a second driver before we had ever left JFK. The driver we wound up with did not know how to program the GPS and did not know how to get to Shelton. I arranged for transportation for 11 people from Bloomfield to JFK and back and Wisla's service was perfect. They were on time, drove well and were very polite. I would reccomend Wisla to anyone.

We went to Niagara last weekend from EAST HARTFORD, Woodcliff. We entire group of 16 people are immensly satisfied with the services provided by the John and his wife. Particularly the hotel accommadation in Buffalo and the way the treatment of the wife and husband( I forgot the name of the guide but the driver name is John) really really superb. Thank you very very much couple. Look forward to your support in future.

I am a motor coach operator from Connecticut. I worked Saturday 9/6/08, in conjuntion with Wisla moving a group from Farmington, Ct. to NYC passenger ship terminals. Driver from Wisla spent the whole time yaking on his cell phone. I tried to speak with him, but he never acknowledged me. He left early with luggage, never saying anything to me or the group leader.
