Technicians worked quickly and were pleasant.
I realized around noon on the hottest day of the year (so far) that my AC went out. I did all the homeowner DIY things I knew to do before calling. The woman that answered was very empathetic and understanding that I have two large dogs inside. She said techs were available that day. I was surprised because I'm years past, I've called other repair companies for various things and no one is ever available on a Friday afternoon. 3 hours after I called, two men showed up.
