Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Would you recommend this radiologist to others? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first?
