I did not get a complete manicure service. I made an appointment for a fill and the guy was removing my nails before I could say anything. He did not cut my cuticles, which is the main reason I NEED manicures. I usually dont do gel on my feet because polish lasts forever. But there it was, gel I didnt ask for. I didnt want to say anything. But again, my cuticles were not done. He saw me staring at them and he half tried to do some. Nail tech watched her phone with an ear bud in while doing my nails. She burned my skin with the electric file twice and showed no remorse. My nails were burning under the light. I'll never go back.

Horrible experience. Had a girls day with pedicures. One of the ladies just wanted a foot soak and massage. We were willing to pay the full price. We were told they wouldn't do it. My pedicure was rushed, my toes are swollen from the tools he used and he kept pushing his sharp nail into my toe. Would not recommend to anyone.
