I saw a piece of furniture on line and said I wanted it and proceeded to ask what type of payment they preferred, since I lived out of town. They message me back with two different options of payment and I told them either one is fine with me. In the meantime, after I said I wanted it, they sold the item to someone else. Shop owner is VERY rude and condescending. She seems to think that Owning a shop means you’re never wrong. Do not shop here if you want a pleasant experience.
I was in this store yesterday and I must admit there were very nice things and I would’ve loved to buy some items for Christmas, BUT I was treated very rudely from the moment I walked in. I happened to have my kids with me bc I’m not from Escanaba and I didn’t have a choice and whoever was working obviously didn’t like the fact that children were in the store.
