Robin is so sweet and took a chance on me as a first time renter. My grandpa has also lived in the unit below me for 8 years and we’ve never had any serious issues. Maintenance always comes promptly and the place was clean in both units when we moved in.
Suks worst landlords n Hamilton !!! Worse then East Ave !!!! My GRANDMA lives n an moldy water logged floor because of being on 1st floor !!!! The Wish Village property will NOT move her it's terrible!!!
Not a good place to live. Poor management, the lady never answers the phone. Maintenance never shows up for repairs. The outside is kept clean and beautiful but not the inside. Moldy apartments. My friend was right telling me not to move in there. Didn't listen. We're planning to move out. An apartment complex I don't recommend...
