Kim walked us through the Disney experience 100% from beginning to end. Planning a Disney trip can be intimidating. She gave great suggestions and even reminders on when to choose resterants and fast passes. I will definitely be calling her for our next trip! (Which will hopefully be soon!). The best part of using Kim, she made the entire family excited with a little gift before and after our trip. She made us all feel special!
Our family went through Kim to book our November Disney trip - she was cost effective, always there to answer questions, and I didn't feel as though she was trying to 'sell' us on anything - she was there to help us plan the vacation we wanted while keeping us well informed. She had some many insights and suggestions that added the extra special touches to our vacation. She was quick to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable.
