Not professional at all, post about raffles but selling all the shoes to one person, not very supportive of the community when it comes to the sneaker culture.
Awful company. They change and extend delivery making items untimely enough to be useless. I odered one item that was suposed to be a four pack and they removed a single item from the pack, rolled it in bubble wrap and shipped it. When I contacted them they indicated they had fullfilled their obligation and refused a refund. I bought quite a bit from them, but the more you buy the more bad experiences will occur. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this business... it is a rip off.
