Dr. Luu reached to a conclusion without conducting the thorough investigation and proper examination that was needed which caused significant consequence. He was unreasonable and unprofessional for whatever he had done.I hope he doesn't cause similar problem into others life.

Dr Campbell is ok —professional and listens. Unfortunately, the reception staff are the complete opposite. On multiple visits, they have come across as unaccommodating, unfriendly, and disinterested. It often feels like they don’t enjoy their roles, which creates a poor first impression and an uncomfortable experience when visiting the practice. It’s disappointing, and I’d avoid this place. Many other Dr on the coast who are much more accommodating and sympathetic to people’s needs.
Saw Dr Kiet Luu today, once again he demonstrated high professionalism on holding firm ground. Although he declined to provide the script requested , based on the written established guidelines, criteria within his scope . I however felt a strong sense of responsibility from his practices. as doing so the same from the majority of our Doctors. Not only I wouldn't blame him, I thank him for his firm stand on professionalism. That is how the sense of security based upon! In facing patients , human being. Dr Judy HX Chen
