Wise engineering has had my house plans for 6 months and all they had to do was look them over and stamp them. Well a few things needed to be changed. So my architect changed what he was asked to. I called once every 3 or so weeks and told them over and over to keep me updated. Then another month would go by and would hear anything from them.
