NP Monet? More like NP Money because that’s all she cares about.. I moved to the area for a job, and had previously been seeing another provider in my old area for my anxiety and ADHD. My previous provider had me take a diagnostic exam and over the course of time try several medications, and I was put on adderall XR for several months for my ADHD. Charged $175 for an intake and first appointment. Canceled the appointment on Sunday for a Tuesday appointment. They said it wasn't 48 business hours. The fee does not go to your next appointment. Never once spoke to the provider. Only receptionists. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not understanding of people's schedules or the fact that I was a potential client. I would not recommend their services based on their customer service. Sent me repeated bills to my home with no phone calls explaining the fees.
One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a mental health professional. She gaslights, invalidates, and endangers her patients, and treats them like problems instead of people. Both my partner and I have had very negative experiences with her. In my case, she ignored most of the symptoms I was experiencing and diagnosed me based on stereotypes within 15 minutes. I'm confused about the negative reviews here on google. I had a fantastic experience with Mone't. She corresponded with me outside of our regular appointment to sort out issues with my insurance and pharmacy. She was flexible with scheduling, was open to my questions and feedback, and I never felt like she was misunderstanding me. The only issue I experienced was when she switched patient portals, which caused a communication mix up, but that was a tech issue and not an issue with this provider. I've been a patient for 3-4 months and Mone't is been so much better than the two other practices I worked with after my ADHD diagnosis in 2019. She's still working out some kinks with her telemedicine platforms but the changes she made in the last month or so have really made things more straighforward. I feel like this is true of all of my doctors this year honestly though. Mone't is incredibly understanding and non-judgmental and always a pleasure to talk to.
