Service has degraded noticeably since Dr. Wiseman stepped away from the practice. Now you get to enjoy slow/no responses to portal messages, more and more FNPCs that don't seem to know what they're doing, and what feels like an almost total abandonment of the functional/holistic medicine paradigm that made them favored by people really trying to improve their health. I love the Georgetown Wiseman Family Practice office. The front desk staff and Laura and very helpful, organized, and respond in the portal. The office has excellent parking and is just minutes from Cedar Park where we live.
