Kind and courteous. Takes time to listen to patient. Is responsive to questions and concerns.
Wiseman Family Practice is the best place to be if you are having issues or even for just wellness care. It’s easy to get an appointment and there is usually no wait time.
I’ve been with them for 4 years. They never got to the root of any issues I was having. Was just called to reschedule a second time bc the dr I was scheduled with will not be in the office AGAIN! When I said do I need to just go to another provider the receptionist couldn’t have cared less and did nothing to try to keep my business. Do better Wiseman. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This goes for the cedar park location as well.
