This company doesn’t seem to show respect for neighboring properties, when holding real estate auctions. I had people in my yard, children in my yard, and playing in my flower bed, people driving their vehicles or mowers through my yard, people blocking my driveway as such that I could not leave my residence when I wanted to. I sent the company a message on Facebook asking for a mere apology. It has been marked read, but not answered. Surely there is a more professional company to hire. Don’t use this one.
As a licensed realtor and auctioneer myself, I have a high level of appreciation for work that this company does. They are consummate professionals, considering every detail with expertise and compassion. Furthermore, their willingness to cooperate with other real estate professionals makes this company a slam-dunk choice for your asset marketing needs. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
