I called this clinic for a non-emergency appointment for a sore throat. This place is advertised as a WALK-IN clinic, okay. I call and the number prompts me to select the Saint Cloud or Kissimmee office. I select Saint Cloud. A woman answers who has a total attitude and sounds like she would rather be anywhere but on the phone with me. I ask about coming in after work (4pm-ish). She very curtly says I need an appointment.
