My husband and I are so grateful for Katrina's guidance because hypno-birthing eased the majority of my anxiety that I had going into this process and both of us learned a ton. Starting out, I wasn’t even able to talk about birth without getting anxious but Katrina changed that. Thank you!

Being new to the area and looking for a women’s walking group I found the Wise Womxn Walking group. I was a bit fearful as they seemed a lot younger than me but I showed up and immediately felt a part of the group. Prior to walking with the group I reached out to Kari who encouraged me to join and I’m glad I did. Nothing is as therapeutic as walking, talking and sharing with other women, not in some room but in the trails amongst the gifts of Mother Nature.
