Secretary is literally SO RUDE
The receptionist is absolutely horrible. How they have continued to let her work there and treat people terribly is beyond me. Has no empathy or people skills. Walked away from me while I was talking to her and was unwilling to help me. Not impressed.
I am extremely frustrated with this office! The Dr. was great, but the staff is horrible, and I'm starting to think incompetent. I was prescribed Orlissa for horrendous endometriosis pain back in February. My insurance needed to authorize and I was told the office would take care of it and let me know when I could get the script. I called 3 times since then (it's now end of May, so about once a month) and was told they'd figure it out and call me back EVERY time.
