I absolutely loved my session with Shannon! I had never experienced Rolfing before and didn’t know what to expect. It was such an amazing experience. Shannon is a gifted body worker and very knowledgeable. I felt so much better after my session. I highly recommend her!
Absolutely love Shannon’s work and energy. My left limb had been giving me chronic discomfort and asymetry since 2020 with some really horrific suggestions from western meds practitioners including amputation for an undiagnosed “trauma” when there was no accute injury, just a wounded toe which soon caused atrophy in my calf due to compensation in my gait. Definitely five stars! Shannon is an excellent massage therapist and Rolfer! I am so grateful to recieve bodywork from her. I always feel so much better, practically the moment she starts her work. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.
