Wise Property Management never ever fix the garbage bin too small for the residents, and they fine people left and right for putting the garbage next to the bin because of lack of compacity.
They are so bad that when I called, for a work order, the girl that answered did not even know that they had a website. I had to tell her how to get to it to see how to place a work order on their site. They are big on sending notices of violations but never fix anything.
