We are new owners at Whitlock, Wesley Chapel. We have not received any information regarding how to pay our HOA fees, the rules, when to take the trash out, recycling schedule, landscaping services, nothing! We had to ask our neighbors for information that the HOA should have given us. We did not receive any welcome package. Our first letter sent by the HOA was a letter labeled: "notice of late assessment" asking us to pay for 6 months that the previous owner did not pay for. They are giving us 30 days to pay for this.
