Excellent doctor, genuine care, great service.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Professional front desk and nursing staff. Excellent bedside manner. Took time to explain the procedure and alternatives. Office surgical procedure was done with care and precision. Highly skilled surgeon. My comfort during the entire process was a priority.
Per my husband : He has seen Dr Anema twice now, the second visit being for an in-office procedure- which went very smoothly He is very pleased with him, says he's a "good guy" and never feels like he is being rushed at the appointments. He also says that he feels like Dr Anema actively listens to him. We chose his practice group for the consult based on our insurance and the location...happy that he was assigned to this provider!
We highly recommend Dr Wise. He is first professional, second comfortable, & third concerned for everyone 's issues. He IS the right choice.
He is very Knowledgable, patient and takes his time with his patients. He is reassuring and professional.
Completely disappointed in Urologic Consultants. We were told we would get results of a CT scan on a Friday, they failed to call, I called on Mon. and we were told to wait until Wed. My husband had been in excruciating pain for two weeks.Most of the staff really didn't seem to care. I have never experienced such bad patient care, that is why I am writing this review, save yourself time AND money find a different Urologist.Find a urologist that is in the Metro facilities you'll be glad you did!
