Their prices are more expensive than literally all other eye places. Not to mention, there’s always SOME hidden fee? They tell you the price will be *insert fair price hair* then when you get to the desk, they double it. I’ve read several comments online that this happens to them too. And don’t even bother with the rebates, you never get those.
I had my eye exam on August 22 at the Grove City location and ordered my frames. I waited for the call saying my frames were in but never got the call. So I went to the facility to inquire. My frames were in but they were not the frames I ordered. I was told they would reorder the frames. The next week I get a call that the lab had sent wrong frames a second time.
