Dr. Smith made my delivery experience a very stressful occasion. If I requested anything other than what she recommended, I was met with rude comments and heavy sighs. I specifically requested delayed cord clamping and she claimed "the baby's color was bad" and clamped immediately. There was nothing unhealthy about my baby before or after delivery. I believe Dr. Smith prefers her patients to be uneducated and willing to follow her expertise, rather than deciding what is good for their own child.
Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful! Dr. Smith, Heather Stark and the rest of the staff have been so amazing, caring, and informative. We felt very seen and heard at every appointment. We highly recommend! Now that we have our little one we are going to miss our weekly appointments with them! :-)
The care I received from Dr. Smith & her team was excellent. She delivered all 4 of my sons & I wouldn’t want anyone else in the world to do it but her. From the care, to the level of education she always provided for me, & the love of her job. I always felt comfortable and could ask her any questions. As a young mom she never second guessed any of my decisions & I’m so grateful for her. She will ALWAYS be a huge part of my life. Thank yall so much for being so wonderful to me & my babies! Best OBGYN & team ever.
Not one to normally write negative reviews, but felt it was important to do for this circumstance. I had been using Wise OBGYN for years (yearly exam). This year I tested pregnant (first time), scheduled an appointment with them (8 weeks or so out) and then got a call saying blood work came back and was NOT pregnant.
