Very poor customer service. This dealer is rude and dishonest in their business practices. I recently bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Wise Motors in Fredericksburg, Virginia. When I looked at the vehicle the first time, both side mirrors were working properly. I was not able to pick up the vehicle the same day I bought it because it failed inspection and needed a few repairs.
