Excellent customer service—poor phone accessibility. I’ve had a unit here for years, even before they became Wise Mini. When you’re able to reach someone, the staff is always kind and very helpful. However, getting ahold of anyone by phone is extremely difficult, and voicemails with call-back information often go unanswered.
Wise mini storage is a secure and affordable location to store your valuables. The staff and owners are very kind and helpful.
I have been storing there for over a year. The lady that I communicate with from there has been very helpful and extremely compassionate with me. Even when I made a payment mistake, she helped me sort it out. Highly recommended.
LOL. Don’t move out on the first because they’ll want the whole months rent!! Hahahaha. Free $70 for them. No compassion, heartless, guiltless business.
