WARNING for future potential patients about this companies unethical billing practices. Seems I should I have google checked this company before my son scheduled with them. My son had an initial appointment scheduled and his patient portal from this company sent him to the wrong address for it. He called once he arrived there as he couldn’t find the office and was told he was at the wrong place. Good therapists, awful billing department. Charging a $135 missed session fee is robbery. Isn’t this place suppose to be about helping people struggling? No communication on these fees and was taken out randomly two weeks later. Stay away from this place.
Wise Mind takes my Medicaid insurance and provides great mental health care. I can't recommend Victoria enough.
Wise Mind has unethical billing practices. They will surprise you with bills and then take the amounts in the form of large weekly "payment plans" right out of your bank account. Stay away!
