Their admin is trash, and their policies aren't accommodating for adults with a work schedule, especially if you have to travel for work. They can't work with you if you're out of state, and if you have to be out of state more then twice in a month they drop you.

I missed two appointments and they still got paid and because of two missed appointments they drop me, I was happy with my therapist and had a plan for getting my mental health back on track, they failed me because I was doing well and right before the holidays when this is the worst time for me, if anything happens to me l, this company fails mental health patients.

I should’ve checked their reviews before booking an appointment with them. They arbitrarily canceled my appointment without telling me anything and the receptionists still had an attitude about it and said it wasn’t their fault. Very unprofessional for a Dr.’s office to act that way.

After 20 years of receiving mental health services from other providers, I can honestly say this is by far the worst practicing therapist by the name of Vanessa D-W I’ve ever dealt with. I was reaching out for mental health services for myself to seek help for my current circumstances and this therapist Vanessa decides to take one literal word and run with it to CPS! Wow. They charged me $136 for not showing up to the appointment when I did show up and the provider wasn’t there.
