I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with our recent appointment. Me and my son arrived on time for the first counseling session with Dr. Lee but, after waiting for 45 minutes, I was never seen and had to leave. The clinic's overbooking is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for patients' time.
i came here for two of my sessions of having braces. everyone is so incredible and they all made it a fun loving experience! made my braces journey so much easier!
