The following is based on my perception and experiences: They are a professional company with talented employees. The issue is they are not familiar with buffalo grass, and gave outright opposite/incorrect advice on my watering schedule, which resulted in weeds growing aggressively. Workers were very nice and did a great job fixing my sprinklers!
The office was super helpful in getting us scheduled and providing a estimate. The technician Gabriel was very helpful and explained how the system worked and fixed the issue so we now have an operational sprinkler system!
