The 3 men that did the work at my home were very professional. Russ, RIchard,and Alex were very friendly. I asked alot of questions about things that I didn't know. Russ answered every one of them and that I was unsure of, I really appreciated that. I would recommend them and your company to others who have you doing a project for. I'll tell Carrie Ann what a great bunch to have in your home. I really appreciate what they did the best part we had a few . In closing l give RUSS RIchard and Alex !!!
I believe that the test of a company is when something goes wrong. I had a heat-pump furnace installed on December 9 in a then-unoccupied rental property. I checked that it was working for a few days, and was doing work on-and-off there. On Sunday the 21st, the furnace had an error code with no heat. Calling their emergency number, I got someone to come out that day, but wasn't able to actually fix it. I drained the water pipes down to try and keep them from freezing and put in space heaters. Tom and Alex we're here today . All work was performed efficiently and professionally. All my questions were answered... Even to check certain things out on the furnace and new thermostat so that I understood it. I have been very happy with three times I've had wise energy come to my house to install some items. I also have referred my cousin and one of my daughters to this company.
Today I had a new hot water heater put in by Russ and Richard and they did a magnificent job! They were clean and respectful and helped with another minor problem I had. Last week, Arik and Steven put in insulation and recessed lighting, etc. Again I could not have asked for a more respectful and professional crew. Outstanding job & workmanship to even out my homes temperature & comfort level. SEAN, LEE, RICO & ARIK worked non-stop sealing cinderblock foundation at band joists, sealing all ductwork seams to avoid air leaking out, sealing drafts/gaps with foam insulation preventing heat escaping as well as rodents from getting in. Installed & programed a new dehumidifier, set up my old dehumidifier with the proper hose so it now drains properly. They were delightful, respectful, prompt, professional, & tidy.
