Not very satisfied with this company It’s so sad that this company will initiate layoffs because it lost all the NYSERDA funds effective immediately . The market share of these monies attributed to 50% of the business as a result the financial wellbeing of this company is in doubt. Isn’t correct that the loss of NYSERDA funds represents 50% of revenue. I’m a former customer not a competitor Terrible terrible customer service
Energy audit and full house insulation - wonderful company to work with. My team was JT, Arik and David, who worked well together, were organized, efficient, thorough and friendly. They took the time to answer questions I had throughout the process. They were very careful with the house and left it in good shape. My only issue with Wise was the slow communications during the proposal and quote process. I often had to nudge them to get the info I was waiting on.
Had them come out for a home energy audit. Nick came out and went through everything, talked me through some stuff and said he would get back to me next week with the findings and estimates for the work to be done. Waited 2 weeks never heard anything so I gave them a call, Nick said he's been very backed up but he had my stuff on his desk and it would be out by the end of the day.
