We called Wise for a winter checkup on our heat pump, the tech, Steve, arrived on-time and didn’t mind being asked questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He found some error lights and a couple frayed wires as well as a thermostat programming issue. The tech thoroughly explained all the issues he found and fixed them quickly. Will call them again should we need additional services, as he was honest and didn’t try to upsell anything.
They were great! Came the same day and cleaned out the tree roots from the sewer line in no time.

They installed complete a/c system. less than a couple weeks after installation a/c drip tray was not draining the water. kitchen ceiling came down from water build up. they came in time to watch this happen they took care of it that time and Adam assured me this would not happen again.
