Brock and now Miles' HVAC services, product knowledge, and prompt responsiveness are all OUTSTANDING!
Absolute scammer!!! So incredibly disappointed. Came to evaluate our AC not working and said we needed to replace AC and Furnace to get it fully functioning (over 30k estimate!). Got a second opinion who cleaned the unit and replaced the furnace filter back to perfectly working status. So sad that there are contractors that try to trick people
These people parked taking up two parking spots on a super busy day. If they're willing to do this garbage. I wouldn't trust them with anything.
Wise did the HVAC install on our new home. About a year later our furnace kept kicking out. Called him up and he talked us through it over the phone which I thought was great! Fast forward a few years later we had other issues. I called him up knowing that he helped us out no charge before. He (Brock) personally drove out to assess the furnace. Then proceeded to to draw out on paper the cause of the issue (that being a cracked heat exchanger) and that he could have a new one installed in 2 days time. Ok Great...right? We had... read more
