I was skeptical due to all of the bad reviews. However, I had the best experience. The staff was so welcoming and incredibly kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
This facility treated my cousin so terribly I'm going to avoid it at all cost
Worst place ever! I was turned away for a mammogram check-up because I was 29. They said I don't need to be checked up until I'm 40, even though I had several fibroids. Those can become cancerous, by the way. I had to fight for a check-up at age 30. Later, when I found one of the fibroids acting up, it took so long to get another appointment. When I did, I had to get a biopsy where they told me it was most likely cancer. They made me wait THREE weeks before they could see me again after telling me I have cancer! So now I hav... read more
Staff in the building is awful and receptionist is horrible PSA making jokes about "is this your final choice" "is this your final decision" "are you suuuuuuuure this time" comments are not appropriate. Get an HR course. I want an apology.
Everyone was nice though pricing is way beyond not transparent. After paying 105 up front for a mammogram (with insurance) I get another bill for 260 in the mail. Then 4 months later another bill in the mail for 60 from a completely different source. Over 400 dollars for a screening with insurance with deductible met. The charges made no sense and repeated often. I came in with concern for one breast, they did both. Then said they needed a closer look and did an ultra sound. Only to tell me it's nothing.
