Didn't help at all, but made sure to charge me.
The nurses and doctors were wonderful and kind. The front desk not so much. But I would go back again because it was clean, fast and the nursing and doctor staff were super.
Excellent care that gives the small down vibe. When I went here for a horrible ear infection I liked how they were little bit away from Denton but right off Country Club Road. They were very helpful even when I had to call back and bug them with some insurance information.
Visited this facility with my daughter as an Urgent Care visit on 10/20/20. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both the nurse (Katie) and physician (Dr. Kipp) were friendly and welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease. The care was not rushed and the facility was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.
My original post was deleted. I have screenshotted this to ensure my comment will not be deleted, by sending in a complaint to attorney ken Paxton. On 10/26/2020, my spouse went to this facility with severe pain.. while being in this facility, my spouse overheard the doctor treating him state that “ of course he came here, he probably isn’t even going to pay for his visit” to his colleagues. I would hate to think that the comment was based on his race, which my spouse is AFRICAN AMERICAN. My spouse then walked out as he felt... read more
