I would give a negative if I could…. They are the most unfriendly, rude, don’t care attitude for a front desk staff I have EVER encountered. My 4 year old was running fever and had been very sick with all the things over the weekend so I scheduled an appointment, and I was a few minutes late(due to having a 4 year old with diarrhea) and they refused to see us. I have been bringing my children here for years I absolutely loved the nurses and dr. Hollis was good too however I had a awful experience with the front office staff and I will never be bringing my children here again I do not recommend whatsoever. My sister-in-law also had a terrible experience with the office people they refused to see them for being 2 minutes late when the sign says 15. my kids love dr. riveras, but all becausei wouldnt fill out the paper of info, (which nothing has changed) i was told i couldnt be seen, not impressed with front person for checkin
