The brisket is tender and delicious. I only gave it five stars because 10 stars wasn't an option. We've had the pulled pork, the ribs, the chicken, and now the brisket, and we have never been disappointed. The sides are great, as well.
I'm a huge fan of going to businesses who have great people running it. Well...these folks are the best you can get. Here's the best part, they're BBQ is excellent, sides are delicious, and folks are wonderful.
