ended up not moving forward with this company. The reason is because they told me they had signed an NDA with my restoration company and therefore couldn’t disclose the actual price of the flooring to me as the customer. That felt very shady and made me uncomfortable. Transparency is important to me when making a big purchase, so I chose to go elsewhere.
Couldn’t be happier with our new floors and carpet. The employees have been great to work with and they were able to match our patterned carpet we did years ago. Installers stayed on schedule and didn't cut any corners. If we need flooring again we’ll be back.
