We had a great experience with Wise Flooring! Avery was incredibly helpful through the entire process. When we entered the showroom he was helpful in narrowing down what we wanted for their large selection. He was helpful in getting us samples, and making the purchase easy, all the way through. He was so responsive and helpful through all of our many questions. Could not recommend this place more! Will definitely be using them again for our next project!
We have bought carpet and tile for a backsplash from Wise and have been happy with the service and quality of both. Avery has been great to work with, including providing suggestions and ideas for both projects. I highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service!!
They charged the landlord an exorbitant amount WAY before even starting the repairs and then "conveniently" couldn't show up twice during scheduled times, then ghosted me because the "scheduler went on vacation", then couldn't reschedule for any day that would work for me etc. I called out of work three times trying to accommodate them. No integrity, no professionalism. Think long and hard before working with them. Savannah was great to work with. She provided great recommendations! The flooring and carpet installation went very well, and the outcome looks amazing!!! I'd definitely do more business with Wise Flooring.
