I recently went to urgent care with what turned out to be shingles. I saw Ashley Cardenas and had 2 follow up appointments. She is very kind and professional and prescribed treatment that my dermatologist later confirmed was exactly right. It is nice to know we have good quality health care right here in our small town. Been going here for a few months, the wait is not long at all. Everyone is so nice, I really like this place. But today I felt so rushed, the doctor didn't give me time to address another issue, I left there feeling almost as bad as when I went in. It felt like I didn't matter at all , I still like the place. Maybe doctor was having a bad day, I've been having them for weeks, but wasn't given the time to ask for help.
When I arrived at my appointment she told me that my charge would be $20.40. I questioned this amount because my copay is usually $20.00. She told me that the extra 40 cents must have been owed from my last appointment. I went ahead and paid the $20.40. The next day I received an alert that my card had went into the negative causing me to incur a $30 overdraft fee. It showed I had two transactions from Wise Urgent Care.
